3/4 C shortening
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
1 C sour cream
3 C flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
Mix together shortening, sugar until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and blend until smooth
Blend remaining ingredients into previous mix
Chill for 1 hour
Roll onto floured surface and cut with cookie cutters
Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
