1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic salt and pepper
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
water
1 C plain yogurt
1 medium sized avocado cubed
3 C hot steamed rice
In large frying pan over medium high heat lightly brown ground beef
Add onion, salt, garlic salt and pepepr
Cook uncovered, stirring often until onion is limp
Discard any fat
Blend in soup and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water is mixture seems too thick.
Fold in yogurt and avocado
Heat through but do not boil
Serve immediately with rice
Makes 4-6 servings
