Lauren Delisle1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
2 t vanilla
3/4 C pecans (optional)
Line 8 x 8 x 2 pan with aluminum foil.
Sift sugar and cocoa together
Add milk and butter. DO NOT STIR
Place in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted
Add vanilla and nuts. Stir.
Pour mix in pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Cut into squares. Enjoy!
