1 t ground ginger
1 t garlic powder
1/3 C soy sauce
1/3 C orange juice
1/4 C honey
1 scallion
1 1/2 pounds salmon
Mix all ingredients together in large plastic baggie. Keep in fridge for 1/2 hour
Cook in pan with juices from bag until salmon is flaky
About 20 minutes at 350
Serve with rice
