COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM - No Ice Cream Maker Needed

Conant High School Spanish Class

INGREDIENTS
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C half and half
1/4 t salt
2 T vanilla
2 C whipping cream
Desired amount of Oreo cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
Before preparation:
Break Oreo and freeze for 2 hours. Keep some pieces large

1. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk with half and half, salt and vanilla
2. Stir until well blended
3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form
4. Fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk
5. Place in a 9 x 13 pan
6. Add the crushed oreos. Mix.
7. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
