2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
½ tsp. salt
Beat eggs and milk with rotary beater. Add flour and salt. Continue to beat until mixture is well blended. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake in 425 degree oven fro 35-40 minutes (until crust is golden brown). Cut into servings. Top with fruit or your favorite syrup/butter. Serve at any meal!
