APPLE PIE WITH CRUMB TOPPING

Graham Cracker Crust
Combine:
1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C granulated sugar
1/3 C melted butter
Press firmly into bottom and sides of 9" pie pan
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Filling
Mix:
5 C apples, pared and sliced
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 t cinnamon
Put into crust

Crumb Topping
Mix:
1/2 C brown sugar
3/4 C flour
Cut in 1/2 C butter until crumbly
Sprinkle over apples

Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until done Print This Post
