RICOTTA, PARMESAN & SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP

1 15 ounce container fat-free ricotta cheese
1/4 C fat free mayo
1/4 C moist packed sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 C fresh basil
2 T grated parmesan cheese
Pinch cayenne pepper

Combine ingredients in bowl and serve on baguette
1 8 ounce whole grain baguette cut into 16 slices and toasted Print This Post
