MEATLOAF

1 large onion, chopped
1 1/4 C plain bread crumbs
1 small green pepper, chopped
2/4 C instant nonfat dry milk
2/3 C water
1/2 C ketchup, divided
2 large eggs, beaten
1 T dried parsley
1 T garlic salt, 1 t black pepper
3 pounds ground beef

Preheat oven to 375. Combine onion, bread crumbs, green pepper, dry milk, water, 2 T ketchup, eggs, parsley, garlic salt and black pepper in large bowl.  Add ground beef; mix. Divide mixture into 2 loaves. Place loaves in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Flatten top and cover with remaining kechup. Bake 55-60 minutes until no longer pink in center. Print This Post
