Delicious, Quick & Easy
Instant mashed potatoes
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream
Grated cheddar cheese
Paprika
Prepare instant mashed potatoes as directed on package (serving for 8)
Add cream cheese and sour cream
Mix thoroughly
Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika
Bake 45 minutes in 350 oven
Can be made in advance and reheated
