John Gordon
1 12 ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C lime juice
1 quart lime sherbet
1 28-ounce bottle chilled lemon-lime soda
Combine first 3 ingredients in blender
Spoon in half the sherbet.
Adjust lid and blend until smooth
Pour 1/2 C mixture into each of 6 12-ounce glasses
Add a scoop of sherbet to each glass
Fill glasses the rest of the way with soda
Makes 6 servings
