LEMON BARS

Doris Knight

3/4 C cold water
1 package lemon jello
4 eggs
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix
Glaze:
1 C powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat jello with water until dissolved. Add eggs and cake mix and blend well. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 12 pan for 35-40 minutes at 350.

When done, prick all over with a fork. Glaze with powdered sugar and lemon juice mixture. Print This Post
