HEALTHY CHOCOLATE FUDGE or PIE FILLING

Raw Living Diet

1 C soaked raw cashews- (soak in water for a couple of hours, then drain off water when you are ready to make fudge)
3/4 C coconut oil
3/4 C honey
1/2 C raw ground chocolate (cocoa)
1 t vanilla
1/2 t sea salt
1 avocado

Put soaked cashews in processor or Vita Mix
Add coconut oil and mix
Add honey, vanilla and salt and mix well
Add raw cocoa and mix
Scrape down the sides and mix again
Last, add the avocado and mix until very smooth
Pour into a square glass pan
Option: stir in chopped pecans or other nuts of your choice
