ARTICHOKE HEARTS

Tony Calabrese

1 package (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts
1/3 C olive oil
2 T lemon juice
Pinch garlic salt
1 small bay leaf
1/2 t salt
Dash of pepper

Place artichoke hearts in a bowl
Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat until hot
Pour over artichokes
Marinate 10 minutes or chill several hours
Serve warm or cold
