COTTAGE CHEESE BUTTER HORNS

2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 carton 12 oz cottage cheese
2 sticks butter

Cream together, refrigerate overnight
Divide dough in three parts
Roll each part on floured board 10 11 inches round
Cut each circle into pie shaped pieces
Roll up starting with wide end
Bake on slightly greased cookie sheet 30 min at 350
Serve plain or glazed

Glaze
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2-4 Tbls hot water
1 ½ tsp vanilla or lemon flavor
