1 12 ounce package chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 C chopped nuts
1 T vanilla

Place chips and milk in 4 quart microwave safe container
Heat on high for 3 minutes
Stir in vanilla and nuts; mix well
Pour in greased 8 x 8 pan
