CHOCOLATE CREAM TORTE SUPREME

1 package devils food cake
Filling:
1 pint whipping cream
1/4 sugar
1 t vanilla
1 C chopped nuts

Prepare cake mix  according to directions on box
Bake in 2 8" round layer cake pans, cool

Filling:
Whip cream until thick
Add sugar, vanilla, nuts

Split each cake layer into 2 layers
Spread whipped cream mixture between layers
