Sally Jechura

1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 can chopped jalapeno peppers (4 oz. can) drained

In a small square (7") glass dish (greased lightly), combine cheese and peppers
Pour slightly beaten eggs over the top
Bake until golden brown (about 20-30 minutes) @ 350
Cut into squares and serve from pan while still warm. Enjoy! Print This Post
